Our Swaffham Branch is Now Open: A New Chapter for Our Team!

We’re excited to share some important news — the opening of our newest office in Swaffham. In this blog, we take a closer look at what this new branch means for us, why Swaffham felt like the right place at the right time, and how we’re bringing our approach to buying, selling and letting homes into the heart of the community.

There’s something quite special about opening a new office. It’s not just about bricks and mortar, a fresh coat of paint or a new shopfront on the high street — it’s about becoming part of a community.

And that’s exactly how it has felt with our newest branch in Swaffham.

Over the past few years, we’ve found ourselves spending more and more time in the area. Whether that’s helping clients sell their homes, supporting buyers relocating into the town, or simply getting to know the surrounding villages, Swaffham has naturally become a place we wanted to put down roots. With its growing population, strong sense of community and fantastic position within Norfolk, it felt like the right time to take that next step.

So, opening our doors on Market Place this spring felt less like a big leap — and more like the natural next chapter.

What’s been particularly encouraging is the welcome we’ve received already. Even before officially opening, there’s been genuine interest from local residents and businesses, which says a lot about the town itself. Swaffham has always had that friendly, connected feel, and it’s something we’re really proud to now be part of.

From day one, the aim of the branch has been simple: to offer a straightforward, honest and modern approach to moving home — without losing that personal touch. It’s what we’ve built The Norfolk Agents on since the beginning, and it’s something we’re continuing here.

Whether you’re looking to sell, buy, rent or simply explore your mortgage options, the Swaffham team is here to help. Our approach has always been about combining the best of both worlds — using modern systems and marketing, while still delivering the kind of service you’d expect from a local, approachable team.

For sellers, that means realistic advice, high-quality marketing and a strategy tailored to your home. For buyers, it’s about understanding what really matters to you and helping you find the right fit. And for landlords and tenants, we’re here to make the lettings process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

This new office also marks an exciting milestone for us as a business. From our early days in Fakenham back in 2016, to growing our presence across Norfolk, each step has been about doing things properly — putting people first and building long-term relationships. Reaching Swaffham as part of that journey feels like a real achievement, but also just the beginning of what we hope to build here.

If you’re passing by the new office, please do pop in and say hello. Whether you’re thinking of moving, need some advice, or just want to get a feel for what we do, the door is always open.

We’re looking forward to being part of Swaffham for many years to come, and can’t thank our customers enough for their consistent support!

For tenants, April is a useful point to pause and plan. With rents still rising across the UK and the first phase of rental reform approaching in England, this is a good time to review your budget, renewal options and next move.

April is a good time for buyers to focus on readiness rather than guesswork. In a market where choice has improved but confidence remains mixed, being organised can make all the difference when the right home comes along.

Lower Farm Mews is an exclusive development of nine high-quality homes in the peaceful village of Tittleshall with excellent nearby amenities. Now is the perfect time to secure one of these truly special properties.
