A message from Laura;
This weekend, I’m taking on something that’s equal parts adventure, challenge, and heartfelt purpose: a walk along the beautiful Norfolk coastline from Weybourne to Cromer in support of the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA).

For anyone who knows me, you’ll know I love the coast—but this isn’t just a leisurely stroll. The Norfolk coast path is stunning, yes, but it can also be wild, windy, and unpredictable. Exactly the sort of environment that reminds me why EAAA’s work is so important. They’re the ones who show up when conditions are challenging, distances are long, and every second matters.

Why EAAA?
EAAA has always stood out to me as an organisation that represents the very best of our community: skilled crews, life-saving speed, and a compassion that reaches people on what is often the worst day of their lives. They rely on donations to keep flying, and knowing that every pound helps keep those helicopters in the air makes this walk feel truly worthwhile. The EAAA is a charity close to my heart after they helped my brother who had been involved in a serious road traffic collision in 2006. If it hadn’t been for the East Anglian Air Ambulance attending the scene so quickly and providing him with the immediate care he required, he wouldn’t be with us today. More recently last year they attended to my nephew who was just 17, the care they provided was second to none. Sadly Kristian is no longer with us today. The EAAA did their very best to keep him alive, the aftercare that the service provided to the family was incredible and we will be forever grateful for all that they did.

My Challenge
Along with my family members I will be covering the Norfolk Coast Path from Weybourne to Cromer—taking in dunes, marshes, cliffs, and whatever weather the sky decides to throw at us. It’s a physical challenge, yes, but also a reflective one. With every mile, I want to honour the incredible work EAAA does for people across our region.

How You Can Support
If you’d like to cheer me on, share the journey, or donate to the cause, it would mean the world. Every little bit fuels vital missions and supports skilled teams who save lives daily. Here’s to an unforgettable weekend for an incredible cause. Let’s make every step count.

Selling for the first time can feel overwhelming. Everyone has advice, most of it conflicting. Here are the key questions to ask every estate agent, plus the step-by-step process you’ll go through to launch your home the right way.

If your home has been sitting on the market with no progress, you’re not stuck. Switching estate agents is easier than you think, if you understand your contract and prepare properly. Here’s the truth, the timelines and the process to relaunch with impact.

Autumn may not be the first season that comes to mind when people think about moving, but it can be a surprisingly strong time to sell. Buyers who are still active at this stage of the year tend to be serious about completing before Christmas or the new year. With the right preparation, your home can stand out and attract motivated buyers even as the nights draw in.

If you’re hoping to move in the first half of 2026, now’s the time to start thinking ahead. The property market might feel quieter as we head into winter, but getting your timing right over the next few months could be the difference between moving in spring or waiting until summer.
