Challenge Accepted: Fundraising for The Purfleet Trust

Community has always been at the heart of what we do. We're proud to be supporting The Purfleet Trust and helping raise awareness for the incredible work they do across West Norfolk. This partnership is all about giving back, supporting local people, and making a positive difference in the community we call home.

At The Norfolk Agents, we believe that being part of the local community means more than just helping people move home. It's about supporting the people and organisations that make Norfolk such a special place to live.

That's why we're proud to be partnering with The Purfleet Trust, a fantastic local charity that works tirelessly to support people experiencing homelessness and hardship across West Norfolk.

To help raise funds for this incredible cause, our team has been stepping well outside of their comfort zones. Over the coming months, we'll be swapping our desks for muddy obstacle courses and swapping viewings for jumping out of aeroplanes, all in the name of supporting a charity that does so much for our local community.

Every pound raised will help The Purfleet Trust continue providing vital support, practical assistance and opportunities to those who need it most.

We'll be sharing updates, photos and (hopefully) successful challenge completions along the way, so keep an eye on our social media channels.

Thank you for supporting both our team and The Purfleet Trust. Together, we can make a real difference in our local community.

The opening fortnight can shape your entire sale. As August 2026 approaches, discover how launch price, timing and buyer readiness can turn early attention into a stronger offer.

It may feel far too early to think about Christmas, but moving home takes longer than many sellers expect. Starting in July can make the journey calmer and more controlled.

A fresh coat of paint can help, but missing paperwork can delay a sale for months. Use August to prepare the information buyers and solicitors will need before an offer is agreed.

August does not have to be a quiet month for your property search. With the right financial preparation and viewing strategy, summer buyers can uncover opportunities others may miss.
